You can see that the Tripod allowed the positioning of the Mast while the concrete was poured. In addition to adding support to the mast, the Tripod will allow small adjustments to the Mast if ever needed by the 6 adjustment bolts. The Mast extends approximately 4 feet above the top of the Tripod and total height from the ground level of the Mast is approx. 7 feet.
My 1 metre motorized dish is on the roof of the house.

I started early and it was hot. I think my sweat was almost enough to make the concrete mix? Three bags of mix was what I purchased and it was the right amount. Mixed up small amounts in a pail and it worked nicely. I was done before lunch and a good thing I finished earlier then I expected. The surface hardened up quick enough, but I know it will be days before the rest sets. I started another project in the basement to seek some relief from the heat and humidity.

2 years ago, my Mini-BUD adventure began. Yesterday and Today it started to become reality. Yes, 2 years ago after reading of successful FTAers placing a C-Band on a small dish(1metre-1.2metre), I began to assembly the parts for this dish. The dish pan was the first piece and still today is in my garage. A 1.2 metre(47.5inch) fortec dish pan. Some find the fortec dishes light and of a lower quality and that is the case with the old 36inch "white"
